Condition of Ticket Sale

1. Handle and treat your tickets with the same security ascribe to your money. If by negligence copies are made, the first ticket scanned at the event will be granted entrance. Any subsequent scan whether of the original shall be rendered null and void.
2. Ticket once purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.
3. We shall not be responsible for the validation of tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
4. We shall not be generally responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen destroyed. However, we shall make every effort to reissue your misplaced ticket where possible.
5. Event owners retain the exclusive prerogative to make all such necessary alteration on the advertised programme in the overriding interest of the programme, at any time with or without prior notice.
6. It remains your sole duty to check and confirm that the event is happening as reflected on your ticket.
7. Our website and event promoters are not liable for personal logistics in any ramifications. However, in the unlikely event of cancellation, we undertake to refund the total value of your tickets including any booking fee as soon as practicable.
8. The event owners retain the prerogative to provide alternative seat of the same range when it becomes manifestly impracticable to occupy the specific seat printed on your ticket.
9. An order for a ticket is confirmed upon receipt of an online confirmation.
10. Tickets once booked will only be emailed or delivered to the delivery address herein entered at the material time of booking, except where clearly entered wrongly email or delivery address cannot be changed once an order is processed.
11. In order to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all attendees, the organizers reserve the right to deny or eject you, once you conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause and occasion breach of peace.
12. Any queries regarding the terms and conditions of sale should be raised with the ticket purchase source.
13. Ticket pricing is subject to change any time without notice and is only fixed at the time booking. Discounts/offers cannot be applied retrospectively.
14. Take Notice, that failure to comply and adhere to the aforementioned terms and conditions renders your ticket and transaction void in totality.

Take Further Notice:

1. MyEvents.com.ng and the Management shall be entitled to 10% of every Ticket sold on our website.
2. MyEvents.com.ng and Management undertake and covenant to pay the organizers of the show for the full rate sold on our site maximum of four working days after the show.

User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyEvents.com.ng and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MyEvents.com.ng.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MyEvents.com.ng.

MyEvents.com.ng has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that MyEvents.com.ng shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
